What’s In A Name

Why Muchness

At Muchness Good Body Nutrition, the focus is on learning to eat intuitively. The priority is true health, which is so much more than just weight and diet, while escaping diet culture and yo-yo dieting.

The Vision: To see more people set free from shame and toxic diet cycles each and every year.

“Muchness”? You’re probably looking at that, wondering if it’s a typo. Maybe you’re even wondering if I lack basic English skills. Nope, it’s none of the above. Muchness – It’s Greek (meod). It’s used in Genesis 1:31 when it speaks of God creating man and calling us ‘very good’ or muchness good. It’s how God refers to creating us on the 6th day. Synonyms: Enough, Extravagant. This is the basis for the business.

You are muchness good. Your body is muchness good.

MGBN might be for you if you want to:

  • Find food freedom
  • Learn optimum nourishment for you
  • To walk confidently in the body you have right now, knowing God made you.
  • Feel no/Let go of shame for choices or habits that may have it in a state deemed ‘bad’ or ‘unworthy’ by culture, society, or even the church
  • Create habits of movement & not tortious ‘exercise’
  • Learn to listen to body cues of hunger and fullness
  • Celebrate the food God has given us and enjoy it!
