Hi, I'm Becca!
At MGBN, the mission—and my heart—is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can reconnect with your body and yourself, seeing yourself in light of who God says you are and the life He has called you to live. I help guide you in examining the different aspects of your life—your thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors—that impact your health. Through this mindset-first approach, using psychologically proven tools, we work together to help you see food and your body differently so healthy behaviors naturally follow.
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Licensed Dietitian with two postgraduate degrees: an M.S. in Health Psychology and an M.A. in Applied Nutrition and Dietetics. I have over 10 years of experience in psychology, coaching, and teaching/tutoring.
I believe that when you nourish your body with love and grace, you give yourself the freedom to heal old patterns, honor your body’s wisdom, and thrive—living fully, freely, and authentically in every area of your life.
