Do you take insurance?

Yes. I currently accept: Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Carefirst, Cigna, Empire, Florida Blue, Golden Rule, Highmark, Horizon, Independence Blue Cross, Optum, Oxford, United Healthcare, United Medical Resources (UMR)

Follow the appropriate link to book a session. If I am not in-network for you provider, a superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Do I have to live in Ohio to utilize your services?

No! I am able to provide nutrition services to those in the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, HI, ID, IL, IN, MA, MI, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY. Stay tuned as more states will be added in the near future!

How long does nutrition therapy or counseling last?

Much like any other type of therapy or counseling out there, it takes time. There are no quick fixes or short cuts. You get out of our sessions what you put in into them.

Do I have to be a Christian to use your services?

Absolutely not! I am upfront about my faith because it is the basis of which I serve out of. The two main focuses of the business: Love & Grace, major aspects of my faith. There is no judgement, shame, fear, or guilt used here. I want you to love yourself and to show yourself grace. No one is perfect.
